Alright, I have experimented as well as taken results and reviews from many reliable sources.
The best security consists of:

It is essential to scan everything you download! an anti-virus will detect viruses in rar files, but I prefer to extract the files as some false positives block keygens and cracks. Also it is very important to keep your anti-virus UPDATED AT ALL TIMES!. If you cannot run full system scans due to the large amount of resources consumed and the time taken then do a quick scan as well as scan your entire windows folder.
In the results obtained by me and given by reliable sources these are the anti-viruses with a detection rate of over 90% which means these are pretty good.

Scanner:
It is always better to have a good scanner with a high detection rate, so always keep malwarebytes' anti-malware with you and remember to update every day or alternate day. If your AV fails to detect a virus, this will.
Key scrambler premium/professional/personal:
This scrambles keys at the kernel level, so if I type Password, the keylogger will take it as "jahdue[3", a random text. Even though many spyware bypass this, not all of them do, so keep key scrambler with you!
THREAT FIRE ! *****:
This is very important along with your AV and firewall, it detects 0day viruses based on their behaviour, which means that files which no anti-virus can detect, are detected by this software. EVEN THE SPYWARE WHICH IS ON A FORUM I KNOW, WHICH IS FULLY UNDETECTABLE BY virustotal ( Which conists of around 43 AV's) CANNOT DETECT IT! BUT THREAT FIRE CAN! LOOK!
